Detailed information about Sleep, Big Bear, Sleep! by Maureen Wright
The story in the book is about a bear that gets it twisted all the time. When the old man tells him to sleep, the big bear does not get it. Instead, he goes ahead and does his things. The only way to get the big bear to hear what old man is saying is to shout out of his way for the bear to listen.
Some of the things big bear hears instead of sleeping are, driving a jeep, sweep a house and climb a steep mountain. After a long struggle with the old man screaming to bear, he finally takes the much-deserved rest in the cave for the night. This book is interesting for toddlers, preschool and kindergarten children. The best part is that there are plenty of pictorial illustrations for kids to understand even better.
