Stonewall Kitchen Aioli Collection (Aioli Sampler Collection)

Foodies enthuse over Aioli saying it is the king of sauces and dips. Traditionally Aioli is merely an emulsion of crushed garlic, olive oil and sea salt. This results in more like a paste and is of limited use (or unlimited use if the enthusiastic traditionalists have a say in it). Aioli is also traditionally made in the Romance countries of Spain, Southern France, Italy, and Monaco and it is in some of these areas where the locals have gone one step further with Aioli and made it into a kind of high-class mayonnaise by the addition of egg yolk, lemon juice, and other ingredients.

The Stonewall Kitchen Aioli Collection from Stonewall Kitchen is of the latter sort and includes emulsifiers such as egg yolk and additional flavorings such as lemon juice and horseradish.

Detailed information about Stonewall Kitchen Aioli Collection (Aioli Sampler Collection)

The Aioli Sampler Collection consists of three different flavors: There is the Roasted Garlic Aioli, which is delicious if you adore lots of strong garlic. The rich and creamy mayonnaise base is blended with mustard and garlic to produce a spread that is delicious as a dip for French Fries, vegetables or added to any recipe in place of mayonnaise; The Lemon Herb Aioli is wonderful with all kinds of fish dishes.

It can be used with all types of hot or cold fish dishes or if warmed it can be added as a topping to asparagus; the Horseradish Aioli has the intense flavour of horseradish just like the horseradish sauce that is spread across a cold roast beef sandwich. In addition, it can be used as a dip for French Fries or spooned over asparagus for a massive flavor kick.
