Steampunk and industrial style home décor accessories are all the rage at the present time but they are often quite expensive to buy. Not so this unique ‘Touch Control Lamp’ from Bonoco. The lamp is relatively inexpensive and gives the room a vintage atmosphere. The Touch Lamp has three brightness controls (low, medium and bright) as well as ‘off’ and is adjusted by simply touching the metal base.

Buyers should remember that a bulb is not included with this lamp but incandescent rather than LEDs are recommended. Although not all LEDs are compatible with the dimmer technology inside the lamp, the manufacturer does recommend two LED low energy bulbs for use in the lamp. These are available in the manufacturer's store but presumably are available from many other outlets.
The specifications of the lamp are as follows: Use an incandescent light bulb of 60 Watts maximum; Voltage is in the range 110V to 120V; The base material is wrought iron; the lamp base weighs about 2.2lbs; Cord length is 61” (1550mm); Base type is E26 but the bulb is not included; The wall plug connector is a standard two-pin US connector.
This is a great little lamp with three touch control settings as well as an ‘off’ setting
The style of the lamp will complement any industrial or steampunk décor
The manufacturer recommends that incandescent bulbs are used rather than LEDs
It has an extremely minimalist design and would look good with an Edison incandescent bulb as often the modern LED bulbs are not compatible with dimmer technology.
