Twist the two halves again and you can form a pill shape that has the same color options as the heart. So basically this is four different pieces of jewelry in one.
The pendant itself is a dainty 0.6 x 0.6 inches and is set with beautifully clear crystals on one side and a black crystal on the other side. The metal is hypoallergenic and absolutely free of nickel or lead.
